Our family room sleeps a maximum of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children.
We add two roll away beds to this room however they are really only suitable for small children under the age of 14. This room does not sleep 4 adults.
Each room has its own electric heater which is controlled within each room. Our room all have lovely egyptian cotton linen and good quality pillows. We supply good quality hand and bathtowels too. Each room has a Guest Information book with local information, restaurant recommendations and taxi numbers etc.
Outside Space
We have a lovely garden with table and seats, however all guests must strictly adhere to our house rules as we have a zero tolerance towards anti social behaviour as we live close to neighbours.We have free parking close to our rooms.

There is a Brewers Fayre restaurant opposite us who offer dinner and breakfast, however these are not inluded in our room rate.
Important: Please notify us if you only want one rollway bed if you are booking it for two adults and one child.
